Canonical Approach
Brevard Childs and Stephen Cook are great proponents of the Canonical Approach to Scripture, and approach I am apt to look deeply at. In response to the modernist interpretation that we read over and over again in our study Bibles, the Canonical Approach actually gives us a way to see why Scripture matters at all.
